I've always loved focusing on how I could live better and take care of myself, but this is a calling for me. In 2015 God told me to teach women about health and wellness. I felt underqualified! I had been spending time learning how to truly care for myself after having my first daughter in 2011 but God just caught me fresh out of the hospital with a newborn with this word. I am humbled to have seen lives change in a powerful way and it's your turn now!
